September 2009 is the start date for a huge pan-Asian educational project, IT University of Kazakh Republic. The project is among strategic priorities, and it is supervised by the Kazakh Government. The estimated number of students will amount to 10,000 people. The major educational directions of the university will be Software Engineering и Computer Science. The paper describes the bachelor and master curricula outline, which has been created by the author and approved by the project management. An essential issue of the curricula outline is a number of Carnegie Mellon University courses. Recommendations are given on curricula organization and development, including intensive bachelor training.
