Victor Serdiouk, candidate of technical sciences, CEO of CJSC “DialogNauka”. He has an experience in implementation of complex projects in the field of information security, he participated in the process of design of integrated security systems for such companies like Ministry of Economics of Russia, Ministry of Finances of Russia, Russian Central election committee, OJSC “Rosneft”, OJSC “Transneft”, bank “Vozrozhdenie”, Gazprombank, OJSC “MTS”, etc. Victor Serdiouk is the author of more than 70 publications in the field of information security. Victor Serdiouk has a lot of professional certificates, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Microsoft Certified Application Developer, Microsoft Certified System Engineer, etc. In 2004 he was awarded by FSM by diploma for active assistance in providing of information security of Russian Federation.
