Vladimir Serbin

The SECR conference is the first and the main professional forum of software developers in Russia. I participated in all previous SECR conferences and suppose to do it in the future.

During its first years the conference gathered mostly representatives of companies which developed be-spoke software and which targeted primarily Western markets. I am glad to see that product software developers and IT departments of companies and organizations, which develop internally participate in the conference today.

For me, an entrepreneur and the acting manager, the SECR conference allows to understand the main trends of software development technology and software business. Lectures of the industry gurus such as Michael Kuzumano and Michael Fagan were especially useful.
