IEEE TCSE
The IEEE Technical Council on Software Engineering (TCSE) (tab.computer.org/tcse) encourages the application of engineering methods and principles to the development of computer software, and works to increase professional knowledge of techniques, tools, and empirical data to improve software quality. TCSE is involved in the myriad ways that software is designed, developed, managed, and maintained. We have two overriding aims: to contribute to our members’ professional expertise, and to help advance software engineering research and practice.
The Moscow Center of IEEE Computer Society (www.computer.org.ru) had been established at 1995, and has being based on the Institute of System Programming of RAS (www.ispras.ru). The main purposes of the Moscow Center are as follows:
  • promotion of the IEEE Computer Society among qualified, interested, and motivated Russian specialists;
  • information support on the Internet of all actual and potential Russian members of the IEEE Computer Society;
  • maintenance a library of periodical and other publications of the IEEE Computer Society and provision an access to it for all Russian members of the society.

Academy of Corporate Systems (www.a-sys.ru) - one of the largest Russian non-government non-profit educational organizations chartered to help both individuals and businesses to increase their efficiency by providing them with the knowledge on the most modern high-tech and management technologies.
TEKAMA (www.tekama.com) - the key organizer of the CEE-SECR event - was founded in 2002 by a group of Russia-born Carnegie Mellon alumni, and today is a recognized leader in professional IT-education and consulting in Central and Eastern Europe. TEKAMA is an official partner of Carnegie Mellon University, offering software engineering education and CMM-based process improvement services on Russian/CEE market. Since its foundation, TEKAMA provided training to over 15000+ managers and engineers from 4000+ companies.

INTSPEI (an abbreviation that stands for International Software & Productivity Engineering Institute, www.intspei.com) - is a multinational research and development organization which was established to develop and distribute new Software Engineering and Productivity Engineering technologies to help information workers worldwide to become more efficient and productive by fully utilizing the power of today`s and tomorrow`s computers.
Higher School of Economics (www.hse.ru) is one of the leading Russian universities. Established by Russian government in 1992 in Moscow, it now consists of 18 faculties and schools with campuses in four major Russian cities. In 2009 there are 17000+ students studying at HSE, including 1400+ Master students and 500+ PhD students. The HSE Software Engineering School is one of the most recognized Russian educational and research Software Engineering schools, which offers full BS, MS and PhD curriculum in SE.

RUSSOFT
RUSSOFT (www.russoft.org) is the nationwide association of the most technically competent software developing companies from Russia, Byelorussia and Ukraine. It unites more than 80 companies with 7000+ of highly qualified programmers and software engineers. RUSSOFT closely cooperates with the leading local Universities helping them develop the unique human potential of Russia. As the voice of the local industry, RUSSOFT is an active lobbyist of its interests in the Russian Government. RUSSOFT also helps local software companies by providing them with various marketing channels to access international customers.
AP KIT (Information & Computer Technologies Industry Association, www.apkit.ru) the most representative non-profit union of Russia’s ICT industry. AP KIT’s membership includes major domestic and global companies specializing in software, computer and equipment production, as well as the leading domestic distribution companies, system integrators, producers and developers. AP KIT members comprise up to 70% of the market many segments.

Infopark The Science and Technology Association INFOPARK (www.infopark.by) was created in the year 2001.
According to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus (# 234, May 3, 2001), it was the first significant step of the Belarusian State on the way to improve the organizational, economic, and social conditions for developing and export of information technologies.
The Association can grant membership to juridical persons, including enterprises with foreign investments and foreign juridical persons specializing in SE technologies.
Up to date INFOPARK unites 60+ Belarusian and joint software development companies and enterprises and about 10 000 specialists (about 70 % of all national IT-developers). It is the largest organization of SE enterprises in the Republic of Belarus.
Among members of INFOPARK is absolute majority of the recognized IT-industry leaders of Belarus: EPAM Systems, IBA (International Business Alliance), BelHard Group, System Technologies, SoftClub and others.
INFOPARK is known by its annual international IT-forums and conferences: Software Engineering Forum (SEF), Bank IT, Computer Programs as an Object of Intellectual Property (COMPIS) and others events.
“Information Technologies of Ukraine” Association (“IT Ukraine” www.itukraine.org.ua) was founded in April, 2004. The Association includes 54 leading Ukrainian and international software developing companies, Ukrainian Academy of Sciences Research Institutes, state-owned and private universities and colleges preparing professionals in the software development.
The Association is the Member of World Alliance for Information Technologies and Services (WITSA) – since 2004 and “Digital Europe” – European ICT Association – since 2006, as well as the Ukrainian Union of Employers and Entrepreneurs and other inter-industry unions, is active at attracting intellectual, organizational and other resources, to better materialize interests of its Members, renders them a consulting and methodological assistance.

Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative (hi-tech.org.ua) is a leading Ukrainian alliance of offshore software development companies and IT outsourcing providers. The mission of the alliance is to promote the Ukrainian software development companies in the global market.
Hi-Tech Initiative provides the Ukrainian software developers with the opportunity to enhance their business in the areas of IT outsourcing and offshore programming by using the partner network and marketing channels of the Initiative in the external markets.
Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative provides the services in partnerships establishment, collaboration in IT projects execution, assistance in BPO between the Ukrainian and Western companies.
In 2008 Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative became one of the founders of Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association (CEEOA).
