To Participants of CEE SECR 2009 conference
Thank you for participating in the conference CEE SECR 2009!
When?
Conference will take place on October 28-29, 2009. Registration to the conference will start at 8-00, opening ceremony starts at 9-00.
Where?
Venue: International Cultural Center оf Higher School of Economics, 5A, Vorontcovo Pole Street, Moscow (drive from Pokrovsky boulevard/Durasovsky lane, entrance from Durasovsky lane). If you drive please come earlier, parking in Moscow center may take some time. The nearest metro station is Kurskaya/Chkalovskaya (7 minutes walking). Map is available here: /venue/
Registration
Please take your passport or other identification document, conference passes will be given only to those people who are in the list.
At the registration you will get a conference program, the conference CD with abstracts, the participants’ questionnaire and a badge which is your pass to the conference.
If you travelling on official business please bring papers you need to sign up at the conference (if needed). Please bring original contracts if you need to sign up them with organizing company. You don’t need any contracts if you register at the site on public offer base.
Please come in advance and don’t be late!

Lunch, 2 coffee-breaks, tea and coffee will be provided during the conference.
Free WIFI is available at the conference halls.
The simultaneous translation will be organized in the main conference room.
Lottery for all participants who filled in the questionnaire will be held at the closing ceremony, on October, 29. The best authors will be awarded (by choice of participants and program committee).
