Online banking development in the retail market is currently a popular topic for Russian banks. At this point they are interested in upgrading this service. Improvement of online banking systems user interfaces is one of the important directions in upgrading. To define which upgrades are necessary and useful interfaces which are more user friendly than current Russian online banks interfaces can be analyzed. Interfaces of foreign banks (not localized in Russia) and payment systems interfaces can be taken for analysis. Such analysis will be presented in this report.
