SECR is really an oldest and the most interesting conference in software engineering in Russia and CIA. I love it since my first participation as an ordinary visitor several years ago. I was really excited as I met and was able to talk with people that I really admired. I see the conference as actually a place where you can meet software engineering thought-leaders from all over the world. SECR is one of the most important events that makes Russia a part of world software engineering community.
