Management of test group in the department of Agile projects

This paper focuses on the management of test group in the department of Agile projects. The main challenges for the management team of testing are divided to a few points, such as: to provide projects with test engineer with necessary skills, to expand current projects and/or start new project in a reasonable time and minimize downtime staff.
The paper examines the main principles of solving these tasks. Education through mentoring, coaching and training, performance review and a model of competence. We consider approaches that can provide a massive ramp up of the department through the hiring of specialists, namely, methods of interviewing, the specific tests and the recruitment of new test engineers through the “testing school” is based on the company, the selection to the school, training, selection at work. We consider the principles to effectively manage resources, minimizing downtime with the project staff
