It is well known that software project success significantly depends on correct estimation. In the report ‘Planning Game for offshore XP project’ important practical details of Planning Game organization will be described. Though Extreme Programming Planning Game is considered most information will be useful for SCRUM and others types of agile projects too. Some advices for customization of PG in case of remote foreign customer will be presented.

Bio

Graduated from faculty of Physics of Saint-Petersburg State University in 1988. After graduation worked as a programmer and later as a software development manager. Since 2002 was working on management of XP (Extreme Programming) projects developed in Exigen Services for a big international corporation. Certified SCRUM Master, author of publications in agile area, creator of program for management of SCRUM and XP projects called ‘Sprintometer’.
